Alcona Health Center Overview
The Alcona Health Center is a full-service medical facility that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We offer a wide range of services, from primary care to specialty care, and our team of providers is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
We are proud to be an accredited health center by the Joint Commission, and we have been recognized as a “Top Performer” by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for our commitment to quality care. We are also designated as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), which means we provide coordinated, comprehensive care that is centered around the needs of our patients.

Alcona Health Center Services
The Alcona Health Center offers a wide range of services, from primary care to specialty care. We offer a variety of medical and dental services, as well as behavioral health services.
