Undelivered placements
If we cannot place a link within sixty days of publisher approval, you choose a full refund of that placement or a credit against a different site.
Removed links
A placement removed within twelve months is replaced free on a site of equivalent or better metrics. If we cannot replace it within thirty days, we refund it.
Nofollow or de-indexed publishers
If a publisher applies a nofollow attribute after publication or the page is de-indexed within ninety days, we replace the placement at no cost.
Content and audits
Written deliverables include two revision rounds. Once the second revision is approved, the work is considered accepted and is non-refundable.
Retainers
Retainers are refundable pro rata for work not yet started in the current month. Outreach already sent and placements already commissioned are not refundable.
Development projects
Build projects are billed in milestones. Cancelling mid-project refunds any milestone not yet started; completed milestones are payable in full.
What is not covered
Ranking or traffic outcomes, algorithm updates, manual actions from links we did not build, and changes in publisher policy after placement.
How to request a refund
Email info@slidegrow.com with the invoice number and the placement URLs concerned. We respond within five working days and process approved refunds within fourteen days.
