Scope of services
Services are defined in the written proposal or order confirmation for each engagement. Anything not listed there is out of scope until agreed in writing.
Deliverables
For placements, the deliverable is a live link on an approved publisher meeting the agreed metrics. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic figures or specific positions.
Client approvals
Publisher lists, anchor text and content drafts require your approval. Delays in approval extend delivery timelines by the same period.
Payment
One-off packages are paid in advance. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Work pauses on invoices more than fourteen days overdue.
Link replacement
If an approved placement is removed within twelve months, we place a replacement of equivalent or better metrics at no additional cost.
Content ownership
On full payment, ownership of commissioned content transfers to you, except where a publisher's own terms govern content on their site.
Confidentiality
Neither party discloses the other's confidential information. We name clients publicly only with written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for algorithm updates, manual actions arising from work we did not perform, or third-party publisher decisions.
Termination
Retainers run an initial three-month term, then rolling monthly with thirty days written notice. Work delivered before termination remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the courts of Punjab.
